TELVORA ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of services provided by The Alhara Group LLC – Series Telovora (“Telovora”).
By using Telovora’s services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with this Policy.
1. PURPOSE
Telovora provides AI-powered phone agent services designed to assist businesses with customer communication. This Policy ensures that all use of the platform is lawful, ethical, and compliant with applicable regulations.
2. PROHIBITED USES
Clients may not use Telovora services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
Illegal Activities
Violating any local, state, or federal laws
Fraudulent or deceptive practices
Impersonation or misrepresentation
Unauthorized Calling & Spam
Unsolicited bulk calling or robocalling
Telemarketing in violation of applicable laws (including TCPA)
Contacting individuals without proper consent
Harassment & Abuse
Threatening, abusive, or harassing communications
Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
Misuse of AI Systems
Using AI to provide false, misleading, or harmful information
Attempting to manipulate or exploit the AI system
3. TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPLIANCE
Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
Do Not Call (DNC) regulations
Call recording and consent laws
Telovora does not control how Client uses the system and is not responsible for Client’s compliance obligations.
4. CALL RECORDING & DISCLOSURE
If call recording is enabled, Client agrees to:
provide proper notice to callers where required
obtain any necessary consent
Client assumes full responsibility for compliance with recording laws.
5. AI USAGE DISCLOSURE
Client agrees to use Telovora’s services transparently and, where required by law, disclose that:
Calls may be handled by an AI-powered voice agent.
6. DATA & PRIVACY
Client agrees not to use Telovora services to:
collect or process sensitive data unlawfully
violate privacy rights of any individual
Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
7. SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
Telovora reserves the right to:
monitor usage for compliance
suspend or terminate services for violations
restrict access if misuse is detected
No refunds will be provided in cases of violation.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Telovora utilizes third-party providers for telecommunications and AI infrastructure. Clients agree to comply with all applicable third-party usage requirements.
9. ENFORCEMENT
Violation of this Policy may result in:
immediate suspension of services
termination of agreement
legal action if necessary
10. UPDATES
Telovora may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
